Computer Based Training Specialist / Instructor (CBTI) with Security Clearance
We are pipelining candidates for a future role Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Computer Based Training Specialist /Instructor for W-TRSPotential locations could include:
California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea and potential additional CONUS locationso The Computer Based Training Specialist will work with courseware production team to design, develop, revise and validate interactive computer based coursewareo The specialist will use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentationso The selected candidate will use appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniqueso The CBT Specialist will implement quality control and review and revision procedures throughout the courseware development processMinimum Qualifications o Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance(Note:
US Citizenship is required to maintain an Secret Clearance.
) o Education/
Experience:
AA/AS and/or 2-4 years of related experience supporting military operations o Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs o Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter o Ability to support night or weekend work shifts depending on specific training event requirements o Ability to support occasional travel (less than 10% anticipated) Requirements for CCTT and MCCTT:
o Graduate of the Army's Senior Leaders course or higher level of military education o Held a senior NCO or higher position in a Mechanized or Armor MOS o Graduate of the US Army Battle Staff Course o Possess SME level of understanding in both dismounted and mounted training and combat operations o SME having served as a Master Gunner at echelons higher than Battalion Requirements for VCTS:
o Graduate of the Army's Senior Leaders course or higher level of military education o Held a senior NCO or higher position in Engineer 12B MOS o Possess SME level of understanding in mounted training and combat operations o SME having served as a Sapper at echelons higher than Battalion Preferred Qualifications o Previous experience as a Computer Based Training (CBT) Specialist/Instructor with the U.
