FLIGHT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - TITLE 32

This position is located in an Army Support Facility (AASF) or Army Aviation Flight Activity (AAFA). Its purpose is to conduct pre-flight briefings for pilots and provide in-flight advisory services. The AASF or AAFA provides flight services and mission briefings which are relatively small in number i.e. well below 75,000 and 25,000 respectively. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION OPEN TO THE FOLLOWING AREA OF CONSIDERATION (AOC):

Any individual eligible for membership in the South Carolina Army National Guard Note- Priority consideration will be given to Area 1 MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Warrant Officer, Enlisted Compatible Military Assignments:
15 Military Requirements- Military skill set is determined by AFSC/MOS requirements. Upon selection, individuals must be assigned to a compatible military AFSC/MOS in accordance with statutes and National Guard Bureau regulations and must obtain/maintain all requirements of the AFSC/MOS. Specific requirements are found in:
references listed below, NGB Compatibility tables and your local Personnel section. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience, education, or training interpreting, explaining, and/or applying basic rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of a transportation program. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for this position your resume must definitively show that you have 18 months experience in the following criteria:
Experience, education, or training arranging and interpreting directives and regulations governing transportation of personnel, cargo or freight. Experience applying directives and regulations governing transportation of personnel, cargo or freight. Experience verifying legal entitlements or official authorizations for travel, securing from carriers guides and timetables, information regarding schedules, fares, and availability of space accommodations. Experience planning and organizing the work of others.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
